What features does the new YMCA have?
* Lap Pool: An eight lane 25 yard pool for lap swimming, swim teams, water exercise, swim lessons, open swim and family swim.
* Family Fun Pool: A family fun pool with zero depth entry, a water slide and kids water feature. Pool will be used for family time, lessons, warm water exercise and water walking.
* Gymnasium: Youth, adults and families will be able to enjoy the flexibility of programming provided by a double gymnasium.
* Wellness Center: The Wellness Center will provide the opportunity to meet critical health and wellness needs of the community. It will include space for cardiovascular equipment, weight machines, personal training and stretching.
* Fitness/Multi-Purpose Rooms: Four multi-use classrooms will provide space for a variety of fitness classes as well as programs and activities for youth, teens and adults.
* Teen/Senior Center: The Teen/Senior Center will provide program space for the growing number of teens and seniors in our community. In addition, teens will have an area designed especially for their use.
* Child Watch: The Child Watch area will provide a safe place for children to be cared for while parents and siblings participate in YMCA programs. A secure outdoor play area is also included.
* Locker Rooms: 5 Locker rooms will include spacious areas to serve all and will include family locker rooms to assure ease of use. There will be a locker rooms for boys, girls, men, women and family/special needs.
