Membership Payment Plan
|
|
The Membership Payment Plan is an authorization for the YMCA to withdraw from a member's checking/savings account or charge a credit card for monthly membership fees.
Withdrawls/Charges on members' accounts will be done on the 1st or 15th of each month.
You may use the facility immediately upon enrollment and the membership is continuous until a Cancellation Form is completed.
A Cancellation Form must be completed a minimum of 30 days prior to your draft date.
Membership Change Forms must be completed and returned to the YMCA a minimum of one week prior to your draft date.
Members must maintain sufficient funds in their accounts or on their credit card to cover the membership dues. The YMCA may cancel a membership without notice for the following reasons: 1) When a withdrawal is returned unpaid from a bank or a credit card is denied; 2) When a stop payment or account closed notice is received from our financial institution.
A $25.00 fee will be assessed if funds are not available from your bank account or credit card.
Two NSF or denied charges will require you to use another form of payment.
Building Fund Fees and membership dues are non-refundable based on usage or non-usage.

Membership Assistance Program
|
|
The heart of our mission is to make our facility and the programs and services that we offer, available to all. In order to meet this objective our YMCA for years has provided Membership Assistance to those individuals who could not cover the costs of a membership due to some sort of financial difficulty. Membership assistance forms are available at the Member Service Desk or you can complete the form below and return it to the Y.
